Sunshiny Day | Style My Way

If you are like me, I'm not buying any new clothes these days.

Honestly, I just bagged up 4 garbage bags full of clothes that I donated.

So I am sharing a look straight out of my closet that I recently wore.

With everything going on in the world and such, I wanted something that was cheery and bright.

I paired a yellow striped tank, some white denim shorts and cognac sandals together for a great, and easy summer look.

I even threw my must-have denim jacket over it to dress it up a bit ;)

Everything I'm wearing is from last year or older, but I found some similar items to help you recreate this look.

Style My Way | Earrings

Hello friends!
I'm back with some new baubles to share with you all today.

This wood bangle bracelet is even more beautiful in person!
I paired it with my one of my other favorite bracelets for the photo below.
I have a feeling this will be a combo I wear all the time!

Crazy right?

As soon as I saw these indigo block drop earrings I knew I had to have them!
Plus, they go perfectly with that wood bangle above!
They are available in a wood post or hoop option, and come in a coral shade as well :)

Most my life I have been a silver tone girl.
But in the past 5 or so years I switched over to mostly gold jewelry.
These days I love to mix metals, so these earrings immediately caught my eye.
These gold and silver double circle earrings lightweight and will honestly go with everything!

A cognac colored earring is an absolute staple earring that I personally think everyone should own!

These caramel marquis leather earrings are available in the 2 inch size shown, but also can come in a 2 1/2 and 3 inch size.

These next couple pairs are the perfect pop of subtle color for spring!
These green and sunlight yellow marquis earrings completely put me in the mood for Easter :)

I have been eyeing these black diamond marquis drops for a little while now, so I was excited to receive them in my package :)
I absolutely love the texture of them!
Unfortunately, they blend in a little with my hair and jacket but I will just switch out my color of top next time I wear them :)

Did someone say camo?
You all know that I love all things camo, so I was super excited to receive these next two pairs of earrings.
These gray and black camo teardrops are lovely!

I switched out the tank color just because that is what worked best for me.
I absolutely loved how this recreation turned out!

PinSpiration | 'Cause Pink Is The New Kind Of Lingo

Today I decided to mix my love of music with fashion!

Honestly, I was trying to come up with a good blog title and nothing really was working for me.

So I decided to look for songs with colors and it just worked.

At least for me it did ;)

 Today's lyric is courtesy of Aerosmith.

I can't believe that I am kicking off my first PinSpiration post of the year with something pink!

It is one of my least favorite colors :/

But when I was looking through my Pinterest boards for something to recreate for work I found these photos.

I actually love the look of gray and a soft pink together!
I knew immediately that I had a pink pair of pants
that would be perfect.
And my gray sweater is quite a few years old from Stitch Fix, but it is so easy to throw on for work on cold days.

I skipped the scarf like the first picture since this sweater has a nice big turtleneck on it.
I threw on my creamy white boots and added a black bag like the second inspiration photo above.

Perfect business casual look for me at the office :)

What I Wore | Vacation Edition

Vacation is always great, but man it feels good to be back at home (and back to my routine)!

Today I am sharing some things I picked up before we headed south that I think you will all love as well.

I kicked off our drive to South Carolina with a super appropriate graphic tee from Old Navy that says Summer Fun!
Unfortunately, I can't find it on their website :( 
But I linked some other summer tees that are currently on sale :)

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually found a romper I really like!
This one is from Walmart and is under $13!
(Currently only available in L or XL in 4 colors)
I actually ordered another romper from Amazon because I thought that maybe this one had converted me....the one from Amazon is being returned :(
It was SO HOT while we were on vacation, so I limited my accessories to a couple bracelets.
I wore a custom cuff from Farmgirl Paints and one of my new Victoria Emerson bracelets :)

Next up is one of the comfiest tanks!
Versions of this tank/tee have been all over blogs and Pinterest this year.
I absolutely loved it paired with my orange J.Crew Factory shorts (super old).

I wanted something easy to throw on when we headed out for a quick lunch before heading back to the pool.
I love these camo shorts (similar pair) from J.Crew Factory I scored in early Spring.
And I threw on my black slides from Target.
Easy peasy!

Side note: I bought these shorts and after loosing weight/inches I needed to size down.
Well, they sold out completely :(
So instead of returning them, I just kept them!
They are loose for sure, but I liked them too much to give them up :)

I love this dress from Amazon!
Shay over at Mix & Match Mama shared this dress and I knew it would be perfect for vacation.
I paired it with the best seamless bras, Talulah sandals, and bag from TJ Maxx.

I took this picture a couple of weeks before vacation, but I wanted to share this tee and sandals again.

This was the perfect drive home outfit!

Another Amazon find (Thanks Brittany!) and Talulah sandals for the win!

I picked up this adorable white eyelet top (similar) from Old Navy, but due to the heat down south I never wore it.

First day back from vacation and the temps were in the 60's!

I knew I had to wear it!

Because I had errands to run, I just paired it with some distressed jeans and comfy sandals.

I am so bummed that it doesn't show online :(
