Thirsty Thursday ~ Fire Inspired

Since I am going to see Firehouse tonight

at the Rock-n-Ribs fest,

I figured fire themed shots and cocktails were the most appropriate :)

Pumpkin Pie

1/3 shot Kahlua

1/3 shot Bailey's Irish Cream

1/3 shot Tequila (white)

1 dash Cinnamon

Carefully layer this shot with Kahlua on the bottom, Bailey's in the middle,

and tequila on top.

Light the tequila on fire, and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

Down it!

It's just like warm pumpkin pie :)

Fire & Ice

1/2 shot Firewater

1/2 shot Rumple Minze

Layer the Rumple Minze on top of the Firewater (as best as possible).

Fire On Ice

2 oz. Vodka

Fill with pear of apple cider

Ice Cubes

Pour vodka in a highball glass.

Fill balance of glass with cider, stir, and serve.

Add ice cubes if you like.

Fireman's Sour

1 1/2 oz. light rum

1 1/2 oz. lime juice

1/2 oz. Grenadine

2 oz. Club soda

1 orange slice

1 cherry

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes,

combine the rum, lime juice, and grenadine.

Shake well.

Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.

Top with the club soda.

Stir well.

Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
