S'mores Cocktail Recipe...Finally

I know I promised quite a few of you the recipe for the S'mores Cocktail Mic made last year at our 1st Annual S'mores Party.
Well, I have tried to find something similar since he changed things up and doesn't remember exactly how he made it.
And I think I finally found something that is pretty darn close!

  • 2 jiggers vodka
  • 2 jiggers Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2-4 jiggers half and half (depends on how strong you want them to be!)
  • ¼ cup marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
  1. Melt marshmallow creme and chocolate chips in a shallow bowl for 1 minute on half power in microwave bowl or over warm water.
  2. Roll outside of glass rim in marshmallow/chocolate chip mixture and then dip into crushed graham crackers. Put in refrigerator to cool.
  3. Fill cocktail shaker or pitcher with 2 cups of ice.
  4. Pour vodka, chocolate liqueur and half and half over ice. Shake well. Pour into cooled, rimmed glass.
  5. Spear marshmallows with toothpicks or long skewer; toast marshmallows over flame and garnish cocktail.

Enjoy!

Now it is your turn to think out loud!
Link your Thursday post below and make sure you link back to X-tremely V and Penny's Passion in your post :)
Happy Thursday Friends!

  3. Looks yummy! May have to try this out next time I want a drink, or maybe i'll just drink this without the alcohol. Sounds like a good drink non-alcoholic too.
