While X technically has a few days left of school, we attended his Kindergarten Graduation ceremony yesterday morning and it was SO cute!!!
They showed all the kiddos from AM Kindergarten on the screen and then the soon-to-be graduates walked in and sang a few sweet songs :)
Then it was diploma time!
Our school system doesn't have all day Kindergarten, so this is just have of the kids that will move onto 1st grade at X's school next year.
#Classof2030
Then it was time to celebrate with a few refreshments outside.
But first, we walked by X's classroom and spotted "him" ;)
We need to work on being a little more modest (insert shaking my head emoji here). :/
While we were outside we grabbed a few pictures with some of X's friends/fellow graduates.
I am putting this here so I never forget it/can show X when he gets older :)
X has been in class with the little girl above since they were 3 years old.
She and her parents are super sweet!
Whenever we talk about him getting married when he is older he still says he wants to marry me (melt my heart!).
Then I explain he will probably marry someone other than me, so he named Sofia :)
I can't wait to see these two grow up together and see if his prediction in Kindergarten turns out to be true ;)
Next up is a new friend this year.
X and Birch have quickly become good friends this year being in the same class at school, same class at Kindergarten enrichment, same soccer team, and the same basketball team!
Oh, not to mention we found out they live just down the road from us!
(We live in the country so you don't really know your neighbors.)
Beyond proud of this little guy!
Best buds since about 6 months old!
And we couldn't leave out super adorable Britt!
These three together are straight up crazy! lol!
They are super competitive at everything they do with each other.
But this coming Fall they will finally get to play together and I can't wait to see how they dominate the other soccer teams.
We couldn't have asked for a better teacher this year!
X had a great first year of school thanks to her, and we are all looking forward to 1st grade :)
