Just Being Me

The beginning of the year always brings on thoughts of changes for most people.

Eating better, working out, being a better parent/spouse, going to church more, being involved in the community, etc.

Same goes for blogging as well.

Everyone wants to post more, give you better content, things from the heart, etc.

Yes, that is exactly what I am doing right now.

But I have a few questions for you to go with it.

Is it me or is every blogger and their sister posting about how they had a rough year last year and are coming clean to you all?

The other thing that drives me nuts is that most of the style bloggers I follow post the same stinkin' clothes as the next one.

Don't get me wrong, I tend to like to blend in with the masses for the most part.

But at the same time I like to be me.

Meaning I don't want to see you sharing the same exact pullover sweatshirt like everyone else.

Give me something different!

Give me something that a real girl can afford too!

I don't know about all of you, but I sure as heck don't have an unlimited account that I can just buy all the clothes in the world!

Yes, I want some quality pieces from time to time but otherwise I want budget friendly items.

While I am by no means a style blogger (at the moment I am sitting in work clothes that are easily 10 years old), but I feel like someone needs to bring cheaper options to us.

So my next question is...Do you want me to do that from time to time?

If so, what type of clothing items are you interested in?

What about every day items - food, home items, etc?

This year we have big plans to remodel our home, so I already plan on documenting that whole experience with you all :)

What else do you want to see?

This year I am trying to embrace just being me.

If someone doesn't like that...they don't like it.

I am going to try my best not to be bothered by it :)

I also thought about doing some little giveaways here and there of my favorite things.
Honestly, it might be something that is $1 but I would love to share it with you.
