Oh Friday, I have missed you!
It has been a few weeks since I posted a Friday Favorites and I have missed it!
Let's dive in to what has been going on over the last few weeks :)
In case you forgot what I look like ;)
I was having a good hair day and I had to document it!
In the moving of things I found these holiday dish towels I was gifted awhile ago :)
A few updates at the house over the last few weeks....
Our freezer door panel arrived 🙌
That big ole Pack Rat that we have stored most of our furniture in for the last 2+ years has left 🙌
We started decorating for Christmas 🎄
But the biggest news of all...WE MOVED IN!!!! 🙌
And it is currently a disaster zone!
Some things still need finished up, we haven't picked out mirrors or sconces yet, no hardware on any of our cabinets, the existing part of the house still needs renovated, but we are home!
And honestly, that is all that matters to me right now :)

I recently had a hair appointment and it felt Oh So Good to have freshly cut and colored locks!
With not too much on TV these days (and moving), I have been watching Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies in my little bit of downtime.
And of course cheering my Cleveland Browns on to a 8-3 record right now!!!
In other news...
The Tuesday before Thanksgiving I was washing a soup mug at work and it broke in my hands.
About 8 hours later I was coming home from urgent care in a splint.
Thankfully, I was able to get away with the big cut on my finger being glued instead of stitches.
However, 10 days in a splint (and it can't get wet) has been less than ideal while moving :/
But today is my last day in the splint and then hopefully my finger will start getting back to normal!
We were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with my mom this year and she went above and beyond as always!
Someone was a little impressed by the food choices ;)

It's the great slipper debate!
I picked up both of these slippers from Amazon off of recs from friends/bloggers.
I'm not completely in love with either of them.
Which means I am turning to you all.
What are your favorite slippers?
I went down a rabbit hole with blogger suggestions and ordered the Gimme Beauty hair brush set.
I actually have some of the hair ties already and really like them.
I have a couple of brushes that are geared for my hair type, but I can't use them while drying my hair.
I ordered this one for medium (instead of fine) texture/thickness and I love it!
It honestly has worked out really well for me and I have only had it a week!

One of my favorite brands offered me the ability to review another piece of their collection this year.
I am in love with these Pajamaralls!
And they even have a built in bottle opener!

I am so not one for country living, but the view of our first heavy snowfall the other night was so pretty!
It is so hard to believe that we actually live here again!

Another fun thing this past couple of weeks...
X (and our school district) have gone virtual until mid January.
Can you tell I'm super excited? 😉
I do love having him around, but it can definitely be stressful while we are both trying to work in the same space.

I looked out the window and saw one of the only animals I like a friend in the driveway :)
And now I need your help!
For some reason the water in this snow globe has changed colors on me.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I greatly appreciate any of your ideas!
On that note I'm calling it a week!
