Linking up with Andrea @ Momfessionals for...

Today is all about some of our favorite or go-to recipes!
I typically make the same things each week because they are easy and we are low on time.
But every now and then I pull out some of our favorite recipes and throw them into the mix :)

This past weekend I decided it was time for some One Pot Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls!
This recipe is so easy to make!

Here is what you will need:
1 lb. lean ground beef
2-3 garlic cloves, minced (I use the garlic that is already minced in jar)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 small green cabbage head, chopped (about 4 cups)
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes (I only use one because we aren't big tomato people)
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:
1. In a large, deep skillet or dutch oven, brown ground beef, onions, and garlic together. Cook until browned and crumbly, drain and discard grease.

2. Add cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.

3. Cover and reduce heat, and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy!

If you like a kick I would make the recipe as is.
If pepper or paprika isn't really your thing, you could easily leave it out.
If you like cabbage (like we do), dump it all in there ;)
And if you are garlic nuts like we are, than add as much as your heart desires :)
